Who we are

Immigration paperwork should not be a second full-time job

NexPort was started in Boston by attorneys who handled corporate relocations daily. Applicants kept emailing the same passport scans to three different portals. Grant recipients waited weeks for a wire transfer with no status page. We built one logged-in workspace for both problems.

Today our operations team mirrors embassy and grant-board review stages inside your dashboard. When a consulate requests a clearer photo or a board asks for a revised budget, you see the exact note — not a generic "under review" status.

  • One profile for tourist, student, worker visas and grants
  • Document vault — upload once, attach to any new filing
  • Officer chat on open cases (average first reply: 4.2 hours)
  • Fee checkout in USD, EUR, or GBP with emailed receipts

Process

From enrollment to approval — five clear stages

Most applicants complete enrollment in under ten minutes. Filing time depends on how quickly you gather supporting documents.

01

Create profile & verify identity

Passport scan, photo, and email confirmation. Your profile ID stays the same across every future visa or grant application.

02

Choose program & upload documents

The portal shows a checklist specific to your visa class or grant type. Incomplete uploads are blocked before payment.

03

Pay service & government fees

Checkout separates NexPort service charges from embassy or board fees. You receive a PDF receipt and reference number immediately.

04

Track review milestones

Submitted → officer review → embassy or board decision. Status changes trigger email and in-portal alerts.

05

Collect visa or withdraw grant funds

Approved visas show pickup or courier instructions. Grants credit your wallet — withdraw via bank transfer or USDC.

Common questions

Answers before you enroll

Still unsure? Email help@nexport.global or call our Boston line.

No — only embassies issue visas. NexPort prepares complete, compliant applications and tracks them through review. We resubmit corrections when officers request them at no extra service charge.

Creating a profile is free. You pay when you submit a visa or grant application — service fees start at $189 for visitor visas. Government fees are shown separately at checkout.

Yes. Your document vault carries over. A student who later needs a tourist visa for graduation guests uses the same profile and passport scan.

Approved awards credit your NexPort wallet. Link a bank account for ACH or wire, or a USDC address for crypto settlement. Express withdrawals clear same business day before 2pm ET.

Documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We hold SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications — reports available on request for corporate clients.
