Who we are
NexPort was started in Boston by attorneys who handled corporate relocations daily. Applicants kept emailing the same passport scans to three different portals. Grant recipients waited weeks for a wire transfer with no status page. We built one logged-in workspace for both problems.

Process
Most applicants complete enrollment in under ten minutes. Filing time depends on how quickly you gather supporting documents.
Passport scan, photo, and email confirmation. Your profile ID stays the same across every future visa or grant application.
The portal shows a checklist specific to your visa class or grant type. Incomplete uploads are blocked before payment.
Checkout separates NexPort service charges from embassy or board fees. You receive a PDF receipt and reference number immediately.
Submitted → officer review → embassy or board decision. Status changes trigger email and in-portal alerts.
Approved visas show pickup or courier instructions. Grants credit your wallet — withdraw via bank transfer or USDC.
