Donations
All administrative and server costs are funded separately by philanthropic grants and corporate sponsorships, so every cent of your campaign donation goes directly to project procurement on the ground.
You can give via bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Payment options and payout details are managed centrally in the platform configuration.
Yes. Guest donations are fully supported — just add your name and email on the campaign page and you will receive a receipt by email.
Absolutely. From your donor dashboard you can view your contributions and toggle or cancel recurring gifts at any time.
Account & Receipts
Open your donor dashboard, and on the Overview tab click "Receipt" next to any completed transaction. You can print or save it as a PDF instantly.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page, or contact support and we will help you regain access quickly.
Your dashboard keeps a complete, timestamped ledger of every donation along with downloadable receipts.
Security
Yes. Payments are tokenised by our PCI-compliant processor and card numbers never touch our servers. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3.
Only you and authorised compliance staff. We never sell donor data, and you can request deletion at any time.

We issue US-based receipts; international donors should consult their local tax authorities regarding deductibility of gifts to US-registered charities.
